Travel Clinic Chiswick — FAQs

Where is Chiswick Travel Clinic?▾
We're at 257 Acton Lane, Chiswick, London W4 5DG, inside Alisha Pharmacy, just off the A4 / Chiswick High Road. Acton Lane links Chiswick with Acton, so we're convenient for travellers from both.
Do you serve Acton, Ealing and Hammersmith as well as Chiswick?▾
Yes. Most of our patients come from Chiswick and Acton, and we also regularly see travellers from Ealing, Hammersmith, Brentford, Richmond, Shepherd's Bush and Gunnersbury.
Do I need a GP referral for a travel vaccination?▾
No. You can book directly with us — our GPhC-registered pharmacists carry out a short travel health assessment and then give the vaccines you need.
How far in advance should I book?▾
As early as you can. Ideally allow 6–8 weeks before you travel, because some vaccines need to be ordered in and some are a course of several doses spaced over weeks. Online booking opens 2 days ahead; if you're leaving sooner, call us and we'll do our best to help.
How do I book?▾
Choose your vaccine on our booking page and pick a time that suits you — it takes less than a minute, no payment is taken online and you get an instant email confirmation. You can also call us on 020 8994 5177.
Can I get several vaccines in one appointment?▾
Often yes. Many travel vaccines can be given at the same visit. Tell us your destinations and dates and our pharmacist will advise which you need and how to schedule them.
Are your prices fixed?▾
Our vaccine prices are listed on every vaccine page and on our prices page, so you can see exactly what each dose and full course costs before you book.
